Availability: The first step in planning your wedding at Agape Outpost Chapel is to check availability for the use of the building.  To check date availability, call the church office @ 970.453.1247.  Once you have determined that the date you are requesting is available, you will need to fill out the wedding packet.  You can download and print the packet below or you can fill out an online version of the forms by clicking on the online forms link.  Once you have completed this process you will need to return the packet to us (if downloading) or click submit at the bottom of the online forms. You can obtain a password for the wedding forms when you contact the office.

Approval: Please note that selecting a date and completing the forms does not complete the approval process.  Final approval must be given by the pastor or administrator.  Please allow two weeks for approval.

Wedding Facilitator: A very important step in planning your wedding is meeting with our wedding facilitator. She will review all of the arrangements outlined in your wedding packet and cover any other questions or further arrangements that you might have. This will insure that your wedding goes smoothly and that we have a clear understanding of all of your needs.  The Wedding Facilitator will be your main contact and be present the day of your rehearsal and wedding. (please note that this is not a planner, if you have a planner for your wedding, he or she should contact our facilitator to make arrangements.) (If you are looking for a planner, that can be arranged for an additional fee)

Payment: Once you have received approval for your wedding you will need to pay the associated wedding fees (see fees page on the right).  Payment completes the approval process and secures the date for your wedding. You will receive your payment information via email or phone.   Once you have received this information you can send a check to:

To pay online, enter the amount you would like to pay then click “donate”.  You will be redirected to google checkout. There you can sign in with your current google account or create a new one if you do not currently have an account with google.
