My name is Naomi Greer. I was born and raised in a tiny Wyoming town–Glenrock–and I am proud of it. :)  I have two wonderful parents, Jim and Colleen; along with three younger brothers, Nathan, Steven, and Isaac.  My dad is a structural engineer at a coal-fired power plant and the pastor of our church for 25 years.  My mom homeschooled my brothers until last year, and now fills her time volunteering in every possible way.  I have been blessed with a truly wonderful family.

I love being outdoors in pretty much any setting.  Creation is my sanctuary.  I am easily entertained because growing up in a state with no people teaches you to get pretty creative.  I will eat (and probably enjoy very much) anything except 1)hotdogs 2)bologna 3)black licorice.  I love cars, especially old american muscle.  I have a 1972 Nova named “the Shredder.”  I am passionate about travel and overseas missions.  I want to explore EVERYWHERE and see as much as possible. I have lived in a village in Thailand for six months, and been on several mission trips around the world.  I am a firm believer in missions until every tribe, tongue, and nation GLORIFIES HIM.  I think every culture has a unique and beautiful way of worshiping, and it strikes awe in my heart to see new things about my savior through the eyes of others.

I am also passionate about young people (good thing!).  I think the up and coming generations have the vast potential to literally change the world for Christ.  They have so much passion and vision just waiting to be discovered and released.  My desire is to be a living example of a disciple, someone who is chasing after Jesus.  When we follow Him, lives around us–and our own–get changed.  I want them to experience Christ’s love in a real and life changing way.  If the idea of today’s youth catching that passion doesn’t excited you, I don’t know what will.

I am a work in progress, and loving the journey.
